Today i lost roughly down 20% on my account equity because of my lack of discipline and consistency in sticking to my strategy. At one point i realized that TNA was not acting as strong as it should when trying to catch a bounce to the upside. Also the opposite ETF TZA action was bullish because it didn't break the 10MA on the 5min Time Frame.
I need to be more patient before entering a trade and do damage control when I'm betting against the trend.
